This is not a valid PROOF OF DELIVERY , it only indicates the hour and date that the package was scanned at the USPS facility either at zip code 33166 which is their zip code at their delivery by messenger facility or zip code 33152 which is their facility where they place the packages in the customers P.O. BOX binge.

If we do not receive the shipment it means that the employee at the P.O. Box facility placed the item in the wrong box after scanning it, or that the driver delivered the parcel or document someplace else. Since these deliveries do not require signature, the customer will never know what really happened to its shipment neither will the USPS give any other answer other than the day and hour they scanned the package at their facility.
