 Starting March 10, 2008, we need to  apply a charge of $4.00 per each pallet used to send your ocean bound merchandise arriving at our warehouse in Miami.

We ask you to make sure you request your shipper(s) to send your boxes on a pallet, this way you won’t have any charges applied  to your account .

If you request that we don’t palletize your merchandise arriving without it’s pallet
We need to apply the following loading charges, due to the fact, that the loader will charge us for the extra work of loading the loose boxes in the container. These charges will be as follows:

From 0 to 15 boxes:   $5.00
From 15 to 30 boxes:   10.00
From 30 to 45 boxes:   15.00

Each additional 15 boxes or fraction of 15 boxes, will be charged at $5.00.

We hope you can work this out with your shipper(s) so that these charges won’t need to be applied to you.
